Dear Marianne and Richard,

I wanted you to know that I had a very pleasurable and professional car buying experience at your dealership last week.

I called on Monday, June 30th, to inquire about a used 2007 Mini that you had advertised on your dealership website.

I spoke with Sean Lamb in your sales department and set up an appointment for the following morning to come in and look at the car.

When I arrived at your dealership Sean had the car parked out front and ready to test drive for me.  After driving the car I explained to Sean the terms by which I would like to purchase and finance the car.  The appraised value of my trade-in vehicle was very fair and the only variable in the transaction was the interest rate I would receive on financing the 2007 Mini.  I was approved for financing that day and we set up a time for that same evening to sign the sales and financing documents and to pick up the car.

To my surprise your finance manager, Stan, was able to obtain an interest rate below what I had originally requested from Sean.

My wife is thrilled with her 2007 Mini and I was extremely happy with the entire purchase process.

I want to thank you, Sean and Stan for a making the purchase of my wife's car a truly enjoyable experience!

I just wanted to send you a quick thank you for making our car shopping a pleasant and happy experience. We've been to other dealers before yours, and decided to go on sundays when they are closed due to some sales people attitudes and actions. They were wolves that didn't care about us just themselves. They are the ones giving salespeople a bad name. Then we came to your dealership and met tim. He showed us that there are some real, down to earth , caring, salespeople out there still that cares for his customers. we looked at a few cars with him and he didn't try to sell us anything we weren't 100 % happy with until we found our 2005 trailblazer. Which we are more than 100% happy with. My hat goes off to Stan (your financial wizard) as well. Jason you need guys like them there, because when the time comes again for another vehicle, we are coming to richard chevy for it. Thanks again for everything, see you again someday.

   I recently purchased a vehicle from Richard Chevrolet and have to say that I would gladly do it again.  My experience there was nothing short of fantastic from the moment my husband and I walked through the door till we drove our new vehicle off the lot.

   Our salesman, Tim Wedge, was great.  He was attentive to our needs and was a wonderful personality to deal with.  He definitely sets himself apart from the salesman stereotype.  We found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable and just an all around great guy.

   My favorite part about my experience at Richard Chevrolet was that I never felt pressured into doing or buying something that wasn’t for me and never once did we feel like just another sale.  Tim made us feel very comfortable and not just a couple of dollar signs or a quota to meet.

   I just wanted to make sure that Tim and his hard work did not go unnoticed.  Because of this experience, I would certainly come back and have already mentioned Richard Chevrolet to anyone I can.

In February, I purchased a used Chevy Silverado 2500 from your dealership. My salesperson was Howard Schiffres. I have purchased quite a few cars from dealers all around the area, and I would like to say, this, by far was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life! This was such a no pressure, no hassle, stress free transaction. Your dealership should set the standard to which others are held. Everyone has heard the horror stories of buying a car. There are no horror stories to tell. In fact I must have told everyone that asked me about my new truck about how well I was treated.

About a week after I had my vehicle, I noticed it was leaking some coolant. As a used car, it came with a 60 day, 3000 mile warranty. Immediately I thought, "Oh great! Here is where the aggrivation starts." How wrong I was! I called Howard and told him of my situation. He instantly refered me to the service department. I spoke with Sid, who set up an appointment to bring it in. I dropped it off at 9 a.m. Then I went to the rental counter because I would require transportation home and to work that evening. There, I encountered David Velms, and again I was treated like I was one of your best customers. At 1:30 p.m. I recieved a call telling me my truck was ready. I was amazed that it only took 4 hours to complete my repair with all the other vehicles lined up for service that day. When I left, I found bottle of water in the cupholder of my truck. What a great finishing touch!!

I have told all of my friends, family, and co-workers about the great experience I had at your dealership, and whenever I am in the market for another vehicle for my family Richard Chevrolet will be my first stop. (And hopefully my last)
