I just wanted to send you a quick thank you for making our car shopping a pleasant and happy experience. We've been to other dealers before yours, and decided to go on sundays when they are closed due to some sales people attitudes and actions. They were wolves that didn't care about us just themselves. They are the ones giving salespeople a bad name. Then we came to your dealership and met tim. He showed us that there are some real, down to earth , caring, salespeople out there still that cares for his customers. we looked at a few cars with him and he didn't try to sell us anything we weren't 100 % happy with until we found our 2005 trailblazer. Which we are more than 100% happy with. My hat goes off to Stan (your financial wizard) as well. Jason you need guys like them there, because when the time comes again for another vehicle, we are coming to richard chevy for it. Thanks again for everything, see you again someday.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Richard Chevrolet and have to say that I would gladly do it again. My experience there was nothing short of fantastic from the moment my husband and I walked through the door till we drove our new vehicle off the lot.
Our salesman, Tim Wedge, was great. He was attentive to our needs and was a wonderful personality to deal with. He definitely sets himself apart from the salesman stereotype. We found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable and just an all around great guy.
My favorite part about my experience at Richard Chevrolet was that I never felt pressured into doing or buying something that wasn’t for me and never once did we feel like just another sale. Tim made us feel very comfortable and not just a couple of dollar signs or a quota to meet.
I just wanted to make sure that Tim and his hard work did not go unnoticed. Because of this experience, I would certainly come back and have already mentioned Richard Chevrolet to anyone I can.

Dear Mr & Mrs Jaffe,
I would like to take the opportunity to THANK the staff at Richard Chevrolet for the Sales & Service of my recently purchased pre-loved Chevrolet Tahoe. My name is Jayme Valaitis and I currently am a Service Consultant for New Country Volkswagen in Greenwich CT. I have to tell you that your dealership has been AWESOME and I understand that the Auto Industry is very challenging and for your Excellent Customer Service I wanted to make sure that I had the opportunity to let you know about my positive experience.
I arrived at your dealership Sunday May 30th and was greeted by Tim Wedge. I explained to Tim that I was interested in the Chevrolet Tahoe and that I average about 130 miles a day on a car driving from Waterbury to Greenwich for work, but was looking for 4wd come the winter time. We went out to the sales lot and looked at a few newer Chevrolet Tahoe’s and discussed there features and pricing. Tim continued to spend valuable time with me and that is when he showed me a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe with one owner and low miles. At this point Tim had won my sale with his knowledge of the product he was selling as well as listening to my needs and getting to know me on a personal level and not just a sale level. I than began my process of purchasing the Chevrolet Tahoe. From Tim I was able to work with your financial department and Jeff Tucker was very helpful and handled all my paperwork in a timely manner with making sure that all my paperwork was properly filled out and that the deposit was handled correctly. Upon delivery of the Tahoe there have been two minor service experiences that lead me to being able to have the opportunity to work with Jay Seely. Jay quickly took me under his wing and followed through with all promises on my concerns. Jay has been extremely understanding and customer oriented since the day I signed for the Tahoe and was able to shake his hand. It has been pleasant walking into your dealership to drop off and pick up the Tahoe and every time I walk through the door the smiling faces and your staff welcoming me by name is a pleasant feeling. Just recently if your dealership and your staff haven’t already done plenty I used your online feature of booking my first service appointment and I have to tell you I barely hit send on the e-mail and Rich Fiske was returning my call to confirm my service appointment, and asked if there was any additional needs that he could address at this time. It was nice because he not only was taking the opportunity to confirm my new appointment, but also took a moment to pull the history and ask about the minor service that the Tahoe had been in for and asked if everything was performing as designed.
Not only was that a warm feeling knowing that the sale was important but also service I am so impressed with your dealership and the staff that you have in place and not only do I look forward to continuing my service at your dealership but also referring both family and friends after the experience that I have had.

Dear Marianne and Richard,
I wanted you to know that I had a very pleasurable and professional car buying experience at your dealership last week.
I called on Monday, June 30th, to inquire about a used 2007 Mini that you had advertised on your dealership website.
I spoke with Sean Lamb in your sales department and set up an appointment for the following morning to come in and look at the car.
When I arrived at your dealership Sean had the car parked out front and ready to test drive for me. After driving the car I explained to Sean the terms by which I would like to purchase and finance the car. The appraised value of my trade-in vehicle was very fair and the only variable in the transaction was the interest rate I would receive on financing the 2007 Mini. I was approved for financing that day and we set up a time for that same evening to sign the sales and financing documents and to pick up the car.
To my surprise your finance manager, Stan, was able to obtain an interest rate below what I had originally requested from Sean.
My wife is thrilled with her 2007 Mini and I was extremely happy with the entire purchase process.
I want to thank you, Sean and Stan for a making the purchase of my wife's car a truly enjoyable experience!
